General Manager, Operations (Workflow)
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to Managing Director.
- Monitor the systems and procedures for efficient and effective management control.
- Ensure the operations are inline with the Company's overall goal.
- Responsible for implementing the Company's plan, while ensuring the efficient operation of all sales, operating & administrative functions.
Requirements:
- Master Degree holder in related subjects.
- Minimum 10 years' working experience in logistics project management.
- Preferably has ISO logistics management experience.
- Responsible for the execution of all projects with respect to requirement, delay, cost, quality criteria and budget.
- Strong leadership, good analytical and communication skills.
- Very independent, hands-on and is able to work under pressure.
- Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Computer literate, especially MS Office.
General Manager, Sales & Marketing
Responsibilities:
- Develop sales strategic planning and execution in accordance with Company's business direction.
- Supervise sales teams to achieve Company sales objectives and meet set sales targets and establish policies & procedures for sustainable growth.
- Investigate the market and propose development mix and market positioning.
- Select suitable service vendors and agencies to ensure all marketing tools are in place and of desirable quality.
- Monitor sales performance, evaluate competitor activities and market trends, and produce management reports with analysis and recommendations.
- Oversee all functional aspects of day-to-day management of the sales teams.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Marketing or related disciplines.
- Over 10 years of Sales & Marketing and at least 5 years management experience in logistics service is must.
- Strategic planner, long-view thinker with strong business sense.
- Excellent sales presentation and communication skills.
- Proactively solve problem and detail thinking.
- Strong organizing, leadership and supervisory skills to motivate team members.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Safety Manager
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all activities are conducted and managed in accordance with agreed Health, Safety, Security and Environment practices and procedures as outlined in the company's safety management system.
- Comply with local, corporate and internationally recognized standards for logistics.
- Perform accident investigation and follow up.
- Support Operations Manager for policy and procedure formulation.
Requirements:
- Master Degree or above.
- A minimum 8 years' experience in Safety Management System.
- Strong in analysis and problem solving skill sets.
- Strong verbal/written communication skills both in English and Chinese.
- Strong interpersonal skill and able to communicate with all levels.
- Proficiency in a variety of popular computer software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Assistant General Manager / Logistics Manager / Assistant Logistics Manager (Based in Shanghai, China)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for business development of logistics business to enhance market share and sales growth.
- Develop and manage own sales team.
- Oversee day-to-day logistics operations.
- Able to work under pressure with an aptitude to problem solving.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years management experience in Mainland China.
- Possess proven track record in sales & business development in China market.
- Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Logistics Manager / Assistant Logistics Manager.
Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager (Freight Division)
- F.7 or above, over 3 years relevant experience in freight forwarding.
- Responsible for developing FAK business and China-HK-Worldwide freight.
- Good presentation skills and customer services skills.
- Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Sales Manager.
Sales & Marketing Manager
- University / College graduate.
- 5 years or above sales and marketing experience.
- Source and make appointments with customer.
- Assist in preparation of sales agreements.
- Assist in cost control analysis.
- Good presentation and customer service skills.
- Good spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin is required.
Sales & Marketing Officer / Sales & Marketing Executive
- F.7 of above, with over 3-years sales experience.
- Having working experience in a trading environment or freight forwarding company would be an advantage.
- Responsible to develop new business for the company.
- Able to build up a client base from scratch, via independent research and cold-calling.
- Good presentation and customer service skills.
- Good spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin is required.
Shipping Supervisor (Freight Forwarding)
- F.5 or above.
- Minimum 5 years relevant shipping working experience.
- Well versed in full set of documents, Trade Link Declaration.
- Experience in operations shipment planning and procedure.
- Good knowledge in China and Asia market.
- Handling of consolidation cargos would be an advantage.
- Able to handle multi-tasks and detail minded.
- Hardworking, willing to learn and capable of paying attention to details.
Operations Supervisor / Assistant Operations Supervisor
- F.7 or above.
- Minimum 2 years solid experience in warehouse management.
- Knowledge in inventory management (over 500 SKU) and order processing.
- Good command in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
- Able to handle multi-tasks and detail minded.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Words, Excel.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Operations Supervisor.
Shipping Clerk
- F.5 or above.
- Minimum 3 years relevant shipping working experience.
- Well versed in full set of documents, L/C, Trade Link operations shipment planning & procedures.
- Able to handle multi-tasks and detail minded.
- Hardworking, willing to learn and capable of paying attention to details.
Operations Clerk
- F.5 or above.
- Minimum 1 year or above relevant experience.
- Excellent communications skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Good knowledge in PC.
Godown Assistant
- F.3 or above.
- Minimum 2 years or above relevant experience.
- Holder of forklift license.
Godown Assistant II
- F.3 or above.
- Minimum 1 years or above relevant experience.
Driver
- F.1 or above.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in related field.
- Must possess valid Hong Kong Driving license (category 18).
- No ganger driving and punishment records.
- Proficiency in Hong Kong geographical distribution.

- Proficiency in cars maintenance.

Lorry Assistant
- F.1 or above.
